Drips Of Fire And Light

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

One more day till we are there
Hold on my friend do not fear

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

With whom will I fight and laugh
For death fears not my wrath

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

All I wanted was one more day
At the end of each I would say

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

My songs fall on no deaf ears
In blind eyes I saw my tears

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

In my silent car I will ride alone
It is only I who needs to go home

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

Toothless smiles and glassy eyes
No more welcome separation sighs

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

I know I will again see you soon,
But not by the light of this moon

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

Sundered suits I need not sow
For I am now the lone hero

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

Memories persist, my puzzle to finish
From my true heart never will vanish

Drips of fire and light
Calm my heart tonight
For Johnny has gone
And I must live on

Know that we are thinking of you and your family.

It is beautiful being one of Jehovah's people and having the wonderful hope of seeing our loved ones again, though it is hard in this system to deal with a loss, know that your brothers and sisters are there.

Hug to you. Johnny was a great old fellow, he always made me smile! And he will be missed very much. How are your mom and dad holding up?
